Our team had the incredible opportunity to work alongside Colonial Leisure Group and Moda to announce their plans to redevelop the iconic Isle of Wight Hotel.Â
The precinct is being designed by Alexander & Co, renowned architects, and interior designers behind a number of high-end hospitality projects, including the Manly Wharf Bar, Glorietta, Tilly May, and more.Â
The proposed plans include a circa 160-hotel room, ground floor F&B facilities, a signature restaurant, a large-scale event space, and a pool deck that will overlook the picturesque north-facing views over the foreshore and Western port.
The announcement achieved over 32 pieces of coverage in one week alone, including the Australian Financial Review, Herald Sun, The Urban Developer, and more.
