The sunshine state will be home to the latest large-scale residential luxury that is, Vista. Located at the Southern end of Surfers Paradise backing onto Broadbeach, Vista pays homage to the cultural and geographic roots of the region which features subtropical principles that will create new levels of coastal elegance to the Gold Coast skyline.
MRCB are collaborating with local design firm DBI to deliver the project, which will reach 51 storeys high and feature 280 apartments. Boasting frontages to both Vista Street and Thornton Street, residents will have access to the beach, coupled with soaring views of the river, hinterland and beyond.
Ensuring the project makes noise on a national scale, Greenpoint will be driving strategic communications for Vista across its many offerings.
