In August 2023, Skye Vadas – our Creative Director and Head of Impact – became a mum, but little did she know, she’d be sharing this experience with her boss, Nicola Trotman, who was also expecting. Skye reflects on the challenges of navigating pregnancy in the workplace, including the nerves of announcing her pregnancy to her leadership team just days after congratulating Nicola on hers. With support from Greenpoint, Skye and Nicola embraced the journey together, proving that when done right, workplaces can support both career growth and parenthood.
