Campaign Spotlight: Seafarers Rest
A new place for Melbourne
One of our favourite projects in Melbourne, Seafarers by Riverlee is set to transform this once dormant part of Melbourne into a new waterfront destination, including Australia’s first 1Hotel alongside a collection of Fender Katsalidis & Carr designed apartments.
This month we announced the amazing park that will form part of this development, providing a proposed 3,500sqm public amenity on the northern banks of the Yarra River. Our campaign showcased what a rejuvenated Northbank precinct might look like for the City of Melbourne, as part of its Open Space Strategy.
The launch of this new park provides not only an opportunity for residents to enjoy the banks of the Yarra, but for the public to also reap the perks of this development and additional green spaces in our city.
Greenpoint Media is proud to have worked alongside our long term client Riverlee to announce this exciting news, following unanimous support from the City of Melbourne’s Future Melbourne Committee on June 2.

Industry News: How are off the plan sales tracking?
Chinese investment into Australia slows amidst political unrest.
Across the board off the plan sales are stagnant, however, land sales and house and land packages across our client base are seeing significant sales volumes. With Chinese investment into Australia slowing, other regions are starting to show interest in Australia, with Beulah International’s Paragon project one of the most viewed new developments by Singapore property seekers, according to REA.
During this time, GPM is putting our creative brains into overdrive, finding data and stats (and even commissioning studies to find them!) to give our campaigns a real edge and ensure they have substance during times of speculation. Just this week for Golden Age, we were able to determine that properties within close proximity to shopping centres were valued significantly higher in some suburbs than those further away, adding significant weight to our campaign for Sky Garden, nestled above The Glen Shopping Centre.
